• In 1976 Louis Vuitton worked with The French Luggage Company to manufacture bags in order to keep up with US demand. All items were made in the U.S under a special license. The label inside the bag was either made out of Tyvek or the name of the department store it was sold in. Zipper pulls were by Talon & Éclair
