Fully lined (the lining looks like it could have been burgundy or sun faded over time I’m not sure

Photographed There is two silver bars on each side of dress i again am not sure if there was originally something attached to them or if this is the design of the dress - giving you the option to either add charms, remove the silver accent stud bars or keep it just the way it is.
